HEALTH CARE HERO EASTER MEALS CAMPAIGN FOR COLUMBUS REGIONAL HEALTH—Friday, April 3, 2010

Update: Thank you to everyone who made the Healthcare Hero Easter Meal campaign a success! We served 573 meals for frontline staff working on Easter in Columbus, Seymour, and Indianapolis.

Low Carb Revolution invites community members to help us thank front line heroes working on Easter Day. Approximately 178 Columbus Regional Health employees will be serving the Columbus, Indiana community on Sunday, April 12 (Easter). To show gratitude and support, we are donating 65 Low Carb Revolution frozen meals for the staff treating those affected by Coronavirus-19. That leaves 113 health care professionals in our community that we would like to feed. To do this, we are asking Columbus, Indiana to sponsor a Health Care Hero Easter Meal for $5.

Low Carb Revolution Frozen Meals retail between $8.50 and 12.50. If more than 113 meals are purchased by community members, overage will be donated to other essential businesses working on Easter. The listing for Health Care Hero Easter Meals can be found at https://lowcarb-revolution.com/collections/frozen-foods.

Shares Low Carb Revolution Executive Chef Alexa Lemley, “We want to feed CRH staff battling on the front lines of this public health emergency and ask Columbus to help us. LCR Frozen Meals can be kept and heated on-demand to accommodate the shifts of and demands on our health care heroes. I’m proud of the flavor of my low glycemic and gluten free meals and am thrilled to thank first responders for their service with them.”
